This Was A Miss!
Worked great for a year. Then suddenly it just stopped working. Told it needed to be replaced and unfixable but won't be provided a replacement. Won't be recommending anymore.

Company service was helpful finding a wine cooler the size I needed. Also offered me a 30% discount on my purchase. Delivery time was good. However the cooler door glass is defective with bubbles in the glass. This should have been seen in your warehouse before shipping. I decided to keep the cooler, though defective, because I am physically unable to repack and return. I notified your service department about this issue. The staff member I spoke with said she would pass on this information. I have not heard back. So your company doesn't get excellent reviews

Exactly What We Were Looking For
So many wine fridges are way too expensive. This wine fridge is reasonable, holds a lot of wine, and works very well. It also looks great!

Great looks and customer service
The wine cooler looks very nice. It actually looks more expensive than it is. It has a very clean look and the blue light helps add to the ambiance. One more note that makes it worth buying a NewAir, I had a small problem with my units (months after the purchase). I recieved email responses quickly and the issue was resolved. Great looks and great customer service to back it. Highly recommended

Perfect size and has temperature controls!!
Was looking for wine cooler to fit under counter and this was perfect. Have counter set up with wine glasses and accessories. The cooler easily accessible under counter!! Temps as cool as 41 for whites! Great price as well

Excellent customer service
I received delivery and installed the Newair wine refrigerator today, so it is too early to rate it. However, the customer service provided by Melissa Wagner in ordering it and that of Elizabeth Martinez in explaining the control panel lock feature after installation were excellent.

We have been very happy with our AW-181E Wine Cooler since purchase. It has always worked perfectly. While on vacation last week our neighbor noticed our unit was making a clicking sound and displayed a 'JJ' on the temp screen. This morning I did a chat with Anfernee, who was wonderful by the way, and helped me diagnose that we need a new circut board. Unfortunately, they are no longer available and instead of replacing a $29 board to live on for many more years, our cooler will end up in the dump. Wasteful world we live in. My question is, in reviewing your new available units, I read of past customers receiving 30% discounts on 'new' units. Why did Anfernee only offer us 20% off our replacement purchase? Doesn't seem fair. I'd rather have the board though. Thanks for your time.

However currently the 20% is the highest discount being offered by our customer service team to aid customers with their purchases from our Newair website. Trying to figure what the blue dots on the temp display indicate. When pushing light symbol the blue dot flashes, yet no light turns on. They go away when holding two fingers on temp control. When the blue dots on display show I cannot turn light on/off. Should these blue dots on temp display remain ON?

- Verified Reply - AlaiHi, thank you for contacting Newair! The unit comes with a safety lock, it locks the button after 20 seconds. Kindly press and hold the temperature up and down button simultaneously for 3 seconds to unlock the buttons. After doing so, turned the light and it should resolve the issue.
