Would rate it higher, but for periodic noise.
We bought this within the last month. Set temperature to 37. When it warms up to around 40ish, at times it makes annoying noise. Have tried leveling per manual. Need help!

Love the look, but...
Bought this for our home bar. We really like the look, however, I like to keep a stocked cooler and when I fill the shelves with beer, they sag so much that it hits the items below. Is anyone else having this problem. Also the items in the back freeze. So I now keep it half full away from the back and the rest in our refrigerator.. Need a better solution for the freezing and the droopy shelves.

Great customer service
Fridge has been freezing over in the back panel so we have been careful to keep it away from the back wall and drinks too close to the back as well. Then the seal was pulling away from the door frame. We received a replacement but it came damaged. Again, cyst service is quick to help. We are in process of returning the 2nd damaged fridge and will wait for the new to arrive before sending the original. We appreciate the quick attention to our concerns

Not impressed
Bought in March 2022 ( 7 months ago) : The back panel has now frozen over 4x & the seal gasket has pulled away from 2/3 of the door. Hopefully the replacement will not have this issue.

Great design and spacious
Sleek and elegant look plus it is very spacious. You can adjust the shelves for your liking. Definitely a great product and highly recommend!

I would purchase this product again
I loveThe newair 160 freestanding cooler every can and bottle is cold I can store wine and beer and juice I would miss not having it work properly it saves space in my refrigerator I contacted customer service with a problem the service is impeccable I was given a replacement without a problem I wasn't able to find my invoice they located using my name very impressive Newair is Company that puts their Customer First they are Five Star Company and I would refer them to a friend and anyone reading this review Sharon

I bought this unit in order to open up space in my main refrigerator. It is great. It is able to hold a large amount beverages which leaves so much space in my main refrigerator. The shelves are adjustable. There is a light that you can turn on and off. Keeps everything nice and cold.
