The heater works well and was easy to get set up. I've never had a heater like this before so don't have anything to compare it to, but it's louder than I expected. We wish it was a bit quieter.

I just installed my new heater and it works great. I noticed on the description here that it says there is a 2 speed fan. My unit has a L / H setting but the fan speed is constant. Is this an older version of the NGH500GA00 or is it not functioning properly?
