Item arrived damaged and virtually DOA
Very disappointed- Unit arrived damaged with a dinged corner. On top of that after sitting for the required 24 hrs the only thing that works (barely) is the display which incorrectly reads 32 degrees. No cooling, no movement of the fans, nor sound coming from the compressor. Not a good first impress...

Don't waste your money
After 2 years of use we can't get the carbonated beverage zone to go lower than 50. When we try to call It goes to voicemail even during what would be normal hours for them. A waste of almost 1,000

This Beverage Fridge Works Great!
This refrigerator looks great and has a large capacity for cans and wine bottles. I adore the interior's modern style and the glass door made of stainless steel. I like that you can store your wine and drinks within this unit to save up space in your regular fridge. It took me a while to get the temperature just right, but once I did, all of my drinks were cold. It preserves everything at the desired temperature and is energy efficient. I particularly enjoy how the door shuts to ensure that there are no air leaks. It's worth every penny and I would purchase another one.
Product broken after only 1 year of use
After 1 year, it is leaking water. The small pan that collects moisture is overflowing with water. Calling the customer service number just yields a message "No one is available. Call back later"

Temperatures
This is a lovely unit however, the upper portion needs to be colder. It doesn't seem to maintain the temperature.

Good quality product
Awesome product with the dual zones. Get to keep my drinks cold while the wife gets to keep hers at the exact temperature she wants. So versatile!!

Good unit, holds many drinks!
The unit looks good and holds many drinks which is what we were looking for in a beverage fridge. I needed to contact customer service and they were very helpful. It is a nice feature to have two zones on the fridge.

Beware if planning to put this under the counter
I purchased this wine/beverage fridge in 2018 when I remodeled my kitchen. Within the first year, the motor froze up and frost formed on the back wall of the upper two shelves. When calling New Air customer support, I was told that I cannot fill the top two shelves with cans, because the motor which is located in the back of the unit, needs room to circulate the air or it will overheat if too many cans and bottles are pushed up against the back wall of the unit. The solution is to pull out the fridge, unplug it and let it thaw out, drain the catch basin and plug it back in and reload with the beverages at half capacity on top two shelves. Then it happened again the second year even though I was only filling it at half capacity. I called again and was just out of the warranty period. This time I was told that this fridge is not meant to be under the countertop because the back, where the motor is, needs to be out in the open air or it will overheat in a tight space. Mine is located under the counter with two cabinets on either side totally enclosed against a wall. So for the last five years, probably every three months or so the motor will overheat, the back wall of the top two shelves will frost up, and I will have to pull it out, unload all the contents, defrost for 24 hours, drain the catch basin, plug back in and reload. This sucker is heavy too. A good 100 lbs to pull out and back trying not to scratch hardwood floors in the process. Unfortunately, after five years it is time to say goodbye. Otherwise, I LOVE LOVE the dual zoning that allows for beer and white wine on the top and three shelves of red wine on the bottom.

Great Mini Fridge
Works well, looks great, love the blue light inside, adds a great look. Be careful when pulling the racks out when filled in front and not the back, it tips forward if you let go.
