I recently purchased a 250 count cigar humidor, and was excited to set up and get it ready. All the reviews I read were all positive. It really is a nice unit. Probably my favorite Newair humidor!
I love this. I have a friend that has the Boveda 500, and it's great, too, but I think I prefer this smaller one. It has all the convenient features, but also is small enough to put on a countertop. I would also say this: DEFINITELY pay the little bit extra and get this Opti-temp model. This cools AND heats. And if you store your cigars in a place with a lot of temp variation, this is better. And if you live in a region that gets very cold, having the heat is ideal. It gets to temperature REALLY fast, and that was a pleasant surprise. I absolutely love this humidor.

Discontinued item and Replace parts for humidor CC-300
My humidor fan stopped working 2021 and I had to replace power control board $$, my fan stopped working again and I just learned I can't buy replacement parts and they've discontinued that model!!!

Know what your getting!
Pros Great cooling unit, looks great, holds humidity well once properly seasoned. Cons This does NOT heat, room was 68F, set it to 75F to test, didnt go up at all. Will take several weeks to season.

Great Product and works as advertised. A concern of mine prior to purchase was the noise level. It is not bad at all. Temperature control works perfect. Humidity control is an item I'm working on. The water tray is great but my humidity is up to 78% and I'm still figuring out how to manage getting it down to 70% steady. By us a packet that is rated at 70% humidity to see if that works in leu of the water tray. Regardless, this electronic humidor is 10 times better than any traditional humidor I've had in the past.

Great for anyone with a serious collection.
As a disclaimer I did get this for free from Newair. I did request the item though and am super happy with it. Keeps my cigar temps perfect year round.

Digital Humidor on the draw doesn't work
Wife purchased this for me for Fathers day and I was super happy. set it up and put the battery in the draw digital clock and it doesn't work. That really sucks! try to get a new one from Home Depot and they said to call the company.

Has Several Issues For The Price!!!!
Followed instructions and seasoned. The hygrometer broke in two days. Using my own calibrated hygrometer and 2 320 gram Boveda's humidity won't get above 65%. Temp is off 2 degrees also.

Second unit I've had that has stopped working
NewAir replaced the first one, which stopped working almost immediately. Now, just under 2 years of ownership, the fan is going out and it's no longer under warranty. Do not recommend

This has been an amazing product and company to work with. I had a few issues in the beginning, but Charles (customer support) has been outstanding and gone above and beyond my expectations.

I just purchased this humidor and I love it! Can I purchase additional drawers to use in place of the shelves? The cigars that I store and smoke come in boxes to large to fit onto the shelves, so additional drawers for loose storage would be ideal for me.

Our 250 count continues to beep no matter what we do I attempted to reset. And beep continues. If I hold the light button down the beep stops. But what am I supposed to do stand and hold it down or tape it? Or just unplug it? What's the best way to fix it?
