It's a good looking product but a bit mis-engineered
It's a nice product but I have no idea how they get 29 bottles of any wine in here. You cannot fit 4 wide on a shelf. The inside width is 1/4" too narrow. You can't fit the taller wine bottles on the bottom shelf...the unit needs to be 3/4" deeper. It suits the purpose, but 29 bottles...no way. If t...

Elevate your space!
I was looking for a way to elevate a very tinny space off my kitchen and this wine fridge was perfect! Its slim fit, but holds a great amount and I love the design!

Plan on replacing this every 2 years: energy-hungry!
Initially, this wine fridge seemed to perform fairly well installed in my kitchen. It achieved seemingly accurate temperatures in the two zones and made little noise. Then, maybe 2 years into my ownership of this fridge, I noticed the energy usage on my electricity bills rising, and yet little had changed in the stuff I had plugged in around the house. With the help of an electricity usage monitor, I isolated this wine fridge as the energy hog. The compressor almost never shuts off anymore and, to top it off, it jumps between using about 110 watts and using 180+ watts during my observations. (It's rated at 90 watts, by the way.) That's an extra 75-100 kWh per month (or $270+/year *extra*) on my electricity bill, making it about ten times as energy-hungry as Newair claims. On my chat with Newair support, they insisted that this was not likely, rather than offering any real help. And yes, I've maintained it well, kept it clean, and done the usual periodic blowing of air over the coils to keep them clear. Be ready to buy a replacement in 2 years.

I would never buy this product again
So I purchased this product in October last year and received it in November. I noticed that the rubber was a little loose throughout the time owning it. Then the rubber came off and I thought I could put it back on like I would a rubber around a refrigerator like normal. Not only was I not able to replace it but it had to be defective. The rubber from opening and close must have been to weak and now it is completely hanging. I sent an email asking for a replacement part even if I had to pay for it. But to my avail I was told that they cannot do anything about this part. So I said I will leave a review everyday because it's not fair to spend this amount of money and cannot get a replacement part that probably cost les than 10 dollars to make. Also they reached back out to offer me 40% off of a new one…why would I spend another 8 to 9 hundred dollars on the same product to get the same outcome?? And yet have my post made it to the site.

Do not buy
I purchased the refrigerator a year ago and the rubber gasket for the door was coming off!! I sent an email proof of purchase to see if I can get it replaced, it's a nice wine fridge but something so simple should be replaceable. So now I'm told there's nothing they can do about it and the part is not replaceable. Well I think it not fair I paid over 700 dollars and it does this. So now I have hot wine because there is no replacement

Reliable and Looks Great in the Kitchen!
This wine fridge is awesome! Not only does it look nice (love the black stainless steel finish), but it is quiet and makes it easy to store wine with the dual zones (perfect for red or white wines). The beech wood shelves not only look pretty, but make it easy to store your wines. I recommend this for anyone who enjoys wine at home.

This is stylish and has a nice finish!
This is my first wine fridge. This wine fridge is stylish and fits just perfect in my kitchen. It's has a nice finish black stainless steel color to it. Once lit with the LED inside, it really stands out!

Fridge broke within a month.
The fridge was doing fantastic and then broke. So far customer service has been great, but still awaiting parts to see if it can be fixed.

How do you fit 29 bottles in your 29 bottle cooler? It only comfortably fits 15 as shown in your picture. Or I stack them on top of each other and front to back, which is messy and inconvenient, then I can fit 21. There's no way to fit 29 that I can see.

The Black rubber piece is only added for extra packaging and the if it is a rectangular plastic container it should be placed on the last shelf at the bottom its purpose is to collect any excessive moisture. If it is a square plastic container this is an optional feature that you fill halfway with water and place anywhere inside the unit to add humidity. The plastic container taped to the shelf of the unit NWC029BS00 is a courtesy item we provide to help keep the humidity in the unit at a healthy level for the wine corks. To use it properly simply place any amount of distilled water in the container and place it inside the unit where it is not in the way. This will prevent the corks from drying out.
