Excellent unit at producing Ice
I have had this unit for about one year, it has worked very well for the first 8 months. I then had issues with it making a few trays of ice then stopping. Customer Service was responsive and solved my issues, by replacing my unit while under the warranty period. On ice production, noise and quality of ice I would have given 5 stars. I was disappointed that it only lasted about 8 months. I am very satisfied with the resolution from customer service though.

This ice machine has been a life saver
Living in a remote area and not having bagged ice nearby I purchased this ice machine to make ice convenient. I honestly don't know what I would do without it now. After a small issue and dealing with customer service I think the Customer service is also the best I've ever had from any company. I'm definitely a fan of Newair products.

Fantastic Ice Maker!

Keeps up with the demand for ice
We have this ice maker at our lake home. It is used year round but is especially in use during the warm summer an fall months. It is used by many different people and different ages of people in and out of the lake home and contiually provides ice - keeping up with the demands. We frequently have others using our lake home when we are not there. We just keep the instruction booklet handy - it's easy to use.

Fast ice maker
We Love this ice machine and use it regularly. It makes ice fast so it is great, especially when entertaining, we never run out of ice. We encountered a problem with the machine , stopped making ice and customer service responded quickly and honored the warranty promptly without hassle.
