The Dual Zone 116 Bottle Wine Cooler is a compressor powered classy appliance that holds a great amount of wine bottles. We personally like the adjustable, slide out shelves and the gold LED lighting.

My fridge is now 3 1/2 years old and still going strong. I have not had good luck with wine fridges lasting, so I am pleased so far. I agree with another reviewer that the shelves are very close together so they do not fit all styles of wine bottles well. The syrah style bottle or "sloping shoulder" style is fatter at the bottom than say a traditional cab bottle. These do not fit well and as others have stated, might get hung up on the upper shelf. Obviously they do this so they can sell the fridge as holding 116 bottles. I'm pretty sure that's 116 bottles of 1 specific type arranged in a very specific way. I don't know how many I have in mine, but I imagine with mixed bottle types, you could fit around 80.

I initially bought this unit and was super excited. I received a u it where the lower zone temperature does not stabilize, the temperature fluctuates 4-5 degrees constantly. I called and they were nice enough to replace since it's within 30 days. Got my new unit and guess what. Same thing. I did everything the instructions said, let it sit for 24 hours before plugging in, and another 24 hours to stabilize the temperature before putting the wine in. At first it was fine, then after about a week, the same thug kept happening after putting my wine in. I now believe these are defective or they've had these units for so long that they just done work as well anymore. Very disappointed. Also, when they gave anew unit, they don't take the other one and you have to dispose of it yourself. So sad and disappointed. Now I'm stuck with a unit that doesn't work well and my wines temperature will constantly fluctuate.

Sexy Fridge!
This fridge is just the right size and looks great. It holds 116 bottles of all shapes and sizes, and with the duel zones, it is perfect to house both our red and white wines. The construction is solid and the drawers (that also pull out) are very sturdy. The door is well insulated and closes tightly.

Unit is as advertised. Looks good from the outside and is well made. Had an issue with my installation, but customer service was quick to respond and get resolution.

Great wine refrigerator
We love this wine refrigerator! The design is very attractive, particularly the wooden shelving. The dual zones are perfect for storing both red and white. It is very quiet. We would buy again!

Quiet Wine Fridge and Great Customer Service.
This is a very quiet, beautiful high capacity wine fridge. It only makes a light humming sound. The dual zone is only a plus. It is great to keep many wine bottles cool or even store additional beverages to clear room in your refrigerator. The customer service is even better. We had an issue with our fridge staying cool. They were very quick to respond to my message, provided easy troubleshooting steps and provided a solution. It's nice to see a company standing by their product.

Amazing fridge to keep my wine in
I had a large amount of wine sitting out in my kitchen taking up a lot of space. This fridge allowed me to store my wine safely and keep them fresh.

Cheap shelving
Live the size and the dual control option. The only thing we are not pleased with is the flimsy shelves. We keep the bottles to the right and left because putting them in the middle makes the shelves bow.

I purchased the AWR-1160DB. First question is what is the small plastic container for? Second question is can the wine cooler go in the garage? I live in Florida so it gets hot in the summer

The plastic container is a courtesy item we provide to help keep the humidity in the unit at a healthy level for the wine corks. To use it properly simply place any amount of distilled water in the container and place it inside the unit where it is not in the way. This will prevent the corks from drying out.
